Paper & Diamond creates new sensorial travel experiences in exotic global locations across the globe for a very exclusive clientelle.
They were looking to revamp their online presence, integrate more dynamic photo and video content and to create more consistency across all of their communications channels as well as better integration with their partners.

THE STORY
RESEARCH AND DISCOVERY
Moodboards were the starting point to understand the type of aspirational brand photography that would be used and
to reinforce the brand tone of exclusive luxury.
A competitive analysis of other travel, wellness and events oriented companies were surveyed to understand the market.
Customer journey maps, personas and scenarios were outlined to understand key points of engagement with the
online reservation process and how the experience would be driven through various social channels.
MEDIA PRODUCTION AND DESIGN
Original brand assets were tightened, cleaned up and new lockups introduced.
Various influencer interviews, media content and bts footage was created to give the new responsive experience a more cinematic tone to accompagny the new suite of luxury travel and wellness service offerings.
Strategic integration with key partners, influencers, hotel and resort properties and creative colloborators were highlighted within the online experience to help maximize traffic to the main promotional components of the site. Content that focused on personal wellness stories helped promote various upcoming P&D experiences through their own social channels.
A fully responsive design solution was implemented and showcased new media content, events and partner relationships.

Integrated branding and new content across various social media channels and promotions across partner channels increased overall engagement with the site and opened up new lead generation possibilities.
